How
often does your staff come out to service my yard?
Most people with 1 to
2 dogs prefer service once a week. Sometimes we suggest more frequent
service if there are more than 2 dogs or a small yard - either way
it's up to your best friend. In some neighborhoods we offer twice-a-week

Is
there an extra charge for first time service?
For yards that have not been cleaned on a regular (weekly)
basis, we recommend a verbal or on-site estimate to determine the
cost of the initial clean-up. For those who stop cleaning your toilet
during the winter months, you'll need to ask for the "spring
clean-up". Please call us for more information and rates.
Can
my dog stay in the yard while your working?
In most cases, yes. We get along with most of you, however
there are some cases when you don't let us in (just doing your job).
We always ask if your socialized and try to meet you whenever possible.
If you're not good with strangers then we'll ask your human to keep
you inside while we're visiting. We don't want to take unnecessary
risks with you or our employees. If you are in the yard, lucky you...our
staff loves to take a few extra minutes to play.!
How
do I pay for service?
Regular weekly service clients receive an invoice in the
mail at the end of the month. There is a $5.00 late fee for accounts
not paid by the 15th of the month following service. One-Time service
and "Winter/Spring Clean-Up Service must be paid in advance
or upon completion of the service. Payments received early will
be automatically entered into a monthly random prize drawing. We
accept cash or checks as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express and E-Checks payable through paypal.com.

Does
your company work through winter?
Yes. We work in the pouring down rain, sleet, snow and
hail. We know you keep making your mess all year long so and our
company continues to clean it up year round. If the weather conditions
are dangerous for our Pooslingers service may be skipped that day,
but we will make it up or charge you less for your next visit.
When
can you start service at my home?
We prefer to speak with our clients over the phone prior
to starting service. Call us at 216-771-1551 or if you are too busy
and prefer to send us an e-mail
and we'll contact you at a convenient time. If you reach voicemail
leave a message because chances are we're out making hundred of
other tails wag in Northeast Ohio. We want you and your family to
have a safe, healthy and clean environment...we're eager to clean
your toilet!

is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
We promise that you and your dog will get service your
both happy with. We know our business depends on doo-ing excellent
work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our
success. We're working very hard to provide reliable, high-quality
service. If there is ever a time our service is not completely satisfactory,
please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right by
either coming back to recline the yard promptly, or by crediting
your account accordingly.
